I am already complained to your customer care on 10th oct 18 that my complaint no coc[protected] dt 10 oct 18. Mechanic came to and checked. He told me that tv display was not working. My tv was warranty period. Inspite of passing one month there was no reply from your end. We are old age person and tv is only our entertainment. So please do it. Refrance no. Jai[protected] response code r78720. Date 30/10/2018. I still waiting for service but have no any response. I'm worried about your product.Thankfully, I have not taken any product and I will never.After seven days there was no service.

Sir, I have a TV (sansui-splash edge-connect-Strata certified Audio), it's speakers are not working, I searched for your service center, but not found, I wish to buy a new set of those speakers, please, give the service to fix my TV audio problem ...
