Sansui India — sansui tv speaker not available | |||||
I filed complaint regarding sound problem in my sansui led tv 32". The technician came and checked it on 11th november. The tv is under warranty cover of 3 yrs. He took the visit charge of 590 and notifed that the speaker is not working and need to be changed. Will order new speaker and it will take maximum to maximum 1 week to get the speaker changed. Now it's 15 days and we have not received the new speaker.. The customer care are not able to help as they direct us to call the technician and service center. People at service center are clueless. They have only one reply as they have no speaker available at this time and ordered for the same. The area managers number given seems all fraud, as calls never get picked up. No tat, no time limit for problem resolution. Most pathetic customer service i have ever faced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
