[Resolved]  Sansui India — selling duplicate / counterfeit products

Respected sir/madam, my complaint is related to the tv set which i had purchased on 9th november 2015 pf company sansui modal number is uhdsme50qx which costs us 60000/- which comes with 4 year warranty promised. But within one year the screen of the tv got worsen due to black patches all over the screen to which a complaint is raised from our end on no. 39404040 on 20 oct 2016 but they did nothing for 10 days then again i made the the call to which they asked me to contact through mail the mail id they gave me is [protected]@vgmail.in. On first i told them to please replace the panel of my tv uhdsme50qx they refused this happend for 1.5 months finally they told us that "we dont currently have your tv set you can have 55 inches tv set but you need to make an addintal payment for that plus the tv set uhdsme50qx" we even agreed on them then after two days they refused when i asked them. So thay offered a tv sna50qx promised that it will be much better than the old one i had. As we have already suffered they left us with no choice they were not ready to help us therefore we said yes. Finally after two months our original tv sansui uhdsme50qx had been replacedo on 8th december 2016 by person called ashok with sna50qs which promised 4k quality but its not even close to my old set which had some fault. We cannot compromise on quality, tv sna50 is not giving us the quality which our original sme50qx gave. We immediately initiated the complaint on mail id [protected]@vgmail.in on 9th december 2016. After that as per the standard procedure their engineer paid the visit to our residence his name was sadiq conatact no. — he said and confirmed that our tv has screen issues has shadow problem a set call bach request will be made. After few day we got a call from from no. — name hardev and amar singh they said want to check your tv set again we said okay on 5th jan 2107 they came and confirmed that tv has some major problem we told him please get us sme50qx modal he said "okay let me confirm" he made the call in front o[censored]s and confirmed the availability of tv sme50qx in thier warehouse he said within a week your tv will be delivered. But on jan 8 2016 we recieved a mail that your tv is fine.
We've been got cheated by the company... Plus tv sansui sna50qs costs just (48000) way less than my old tv set costs plus its power button is not working, usb port also doesnt work and many more.
We have been going through a lot mentally company is not willing to address our issue a lot has go into purchasing the product and all we got is nothing sir please help us in this situation by getting us our tv with the original modal no. Uhdsme50
