[Resolved] Sansui India — smart 50 inch led faulty product | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, Kindly note that I have purchased Sansui Colour TV 50 inch smart TV on the 2 April 2017 in patna, and now screen is not working from september, complaint on customer care and service engineer came and check and told required to change the pannel. this product is faulty as know company also, but selling this product in market. i want to change my TV with with good one TV, because 3 year extended warranty is alos on this TV. kindly suggest what can i do this change the TV process. this kind of product please don't sell in market, it is also cheating. I am requesting to change my TV as soon as possible other wise, require to go consumer court with 5000 per day loss in share market business due to TV. so penalty will log as per day basis. shashi shekhar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
