[Resolved] Sansui India — Smart led not working | |||
Dear sir i have purchased a sansui 50 inch smart led tv in november 2016. But suddenly it stopped working in march 2017 your representative visited and told us some part of it has got damaged in it and it is not reparable so the company will change the tv and give you new led tv. But since now till i'm writing this to you no action has been taken by your side every time i call they give me a new excuses and extended time to change now i'm fed up with your service and thinking of that i have wasted my 60000 rupees in a worst company product.
