[Resolved] Sansui India — TV under warranty still repair not done from 6 months | |||||
I am regret to inform you that my TV make Sansui which was under warranty was breakdown in September 2016. The said breakdown complaint was lodge by me at the same time. Your representatives given me assurance repair or replace of TV within few days. But till date my TV was not rectified. The complaint details and assurance communication of your representatives attracted with this email for your reference. Once again you are requested to look into matter very seriously and solve our TV problem immediately to avoid further grievance. Otherwise this matter will go to consumer court as well as media.
