Dear mam/sir,
We have purchased a 40" led tv which speakers are not working since 10/09/2017 then we have launched a complaint vide no sur[protected] dt 16/09/2017.
To attend the said complaint mr dharmesh has reported at my home on around 20/09/2017 and after attend the issue told to us that speakers have change because these are not working.
Because tv is still under warranty therefore, the speakers will be changed within 2/3 days free of cost.
Still today, we are chasing with your vapi service centre named royal service nirmal but they are only making promise and not close the issue.
Please look into the matter and do the needful urgently.
