Sansui India — Unnecessary charges for mobile under warranty | |||||
I bought the sansui phone on 20-3-17 and soon after a month the phones display vanished and some speaker problem came in.. When i went to the authoried survice centre and submitted the phone on 29/04/17 they took the phone and didn't tell me that under warranty they will be charging some money. When i went there to take the phone the service center person charged rs250/- from me unnecessarily. After the repair work the auto call recorder isnt working and the same problem persists.. Hate #sansuiindia Being a social media marketer gonna screw them on social media if they dont replace my phone within a week. Was this information helpful? | |||||
