Sansui India — Very bad experience regarding sansui 32" led panel | |||
Dear Team, I purchased the sansui led tv on 11th june 2020 threw sansui dealer in mathura at a time of install engineer come my home and he weared the L.g dress and he say he is the enginner of sansui he show me the request id of install after that i satisfied and engineer is install the led.. After two months of installation suddenly display is half and slowly-2 he coverd the 85% part of the led black..i marked the complain sansui toll free no for led pannel query 2nd day engineer visit my residence and check the led he say i am not found single dent on led and he made the video and give the asuurance your claim will be done in approx 4working days...same day he call me in evening and say our senior is denied for your claim and your product is out of waranty because his damage is internaly.i am so troubling by sansui team, sir plaese tell me id the led is damage, led dont have a single dent and led is hanging only single place last 2month. I tell the all concern to c.s.o guy. But not support by anyone person...i am very troubled and meantaly harashed by sansui team, i request the all concern person like sansui engineer and tell me led is hanging single place last two month, service centre incharge and sansui dealer but anyone not support me and say me call him and call him and made my two day wrost.customer service is very poor. I request the sansui team plaese take the action for these guys and change my led pannel as soon as possible .
