I have already lodged a complaint regarding my mobile phone purchased from your company was defective vide I.D. No. 1101780 on 07.07.2015. Your official also agreed to refund my money on 08.07.2015. Hence I sent my bank account no. & IFC code also through mail on 08.07.2015. Then next day your official asked through phone about my debit card no., password & all particulars. But so far not remitted my amount Rs.2, 750/- . I am expecting my money from you as early as possible to avoid me taking legal action.
