I am Colonel Shubhodoy Mukherjee
My son ordered online, a 3 seater and 2 seater Eva sofa and a centre table from Insaraf.com / Saraf Furniture. The entire invoice amount was paid in advance.

We recieved only part of the product, but were shocked to see the sofas, as they were totally different from what they had shown on the website.

The woodwork was atrocious, the wood is definitely not sheesham but commercial board. The cusions are uneven and of very poor quality and the uphosltery provided is pathetic. Its not even worth half its price.

Further, they have not still delivered the centre table, after 3 months and have not responded to hundreds of mail that we have sent to them in this period.

On top of that, they do not have any concept of after sales service or customer care. No one has even responded after so many mails and calls.
They are here to cheat us.
