[Resolved] Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — E-commerce experience nightmare | |||||
I am not able to get my order delivered for the last two weeks. Every time they pick your call put you on hold and inform you 'your order is on the way'. It never turns up. Sometimes you get the some delivery guy's number and he will promise the world and even give you local locations as to where he is, but he won't deliver. There is no refund or return policy and the only language of communication with the call center is hindi even though they claim as a nation wide service provider. Please do not order from here, it causes a lot of time and agony to get your money back. I have neither got my furniture nor my money. I am looking for avenues to drag them to consumer court.
