Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — 1NSF[protected] Product not received. Need refund

I had placed an order on 11 Oct 2020 and i was told that it will ship on 3 Nov. it’s 10 Nov today, the product is not shipped yet. Every time I call them, they give a new shipment date and keep lying about the delivery dates over and over again.

I need my refund. They’re blatantly looting people.
