I have received 6 seater dining table delivery from Insaraf (Order # INSF[protected] on the month of Jun 2021; Product was well varnished & received in good condition in general; When i closely observed Dining table legs, Insaraf merchant used defective, cracked wood piece;
Immediately, i called Insaraf customer support & complaint ticket # 174404 was raised on 25th Jun 2021 with pictures of 2 legs with cracks attached for their reference. Customer support guys told they will arrange technicians to look into it but they never come to my place & assessed so far till date; In this 4 months period, i would have called Customer support 30 plus times but pathetic customer support service have not taken any tangible action yet by them. I am distressed by their approach & wasted all my time. I have email records of all these communication between me & support team.
I kindly request you to intervene on this issue, do the necessary remedy, advice them to replace manufacturing defect 2 legs wood pieces (attached in pictures) & monetary compensation for causing mental agony to me. Was this information helpful? |
