We have ordered bed from insaraf in may 2017. We clearly informed that we would need some time for delivery still they pressurized us for the delivery as they wanted after that we chased them for assembling the bed and when the carpenter came they realized a part is missing for assembling the bed and some of the parts were damaged. We raised a complaint on the same to the mentioned email id, didn't get any reply. Have called them many times on the customer service and have always got different replies. Its been a pain to get that bed assembled and get it repaired. The bed is just lying from past one month. No response on the mail they provide if you write them always gives an extended timeline for the delivery of the missing part and replacement.
