1. I had purchased a bed (Order number 1nsf[protected].
2. The product was to be shipped on 25 august 20, however, same has not been done till date. I have been regularly speaking to your executives, and each time i have been told that product will be shipped in two days.
3. I must put on record that your customer services are insensitive, shameful with no concern or regard for the customer. Not once was i contacted or communicated about the delay in shipping. It is me who has been chasing you and requesting for an update, which is always incorrect. It seems your only aim is to trap the customer by getting an order and then let him suffer.
4. Just check on your system how many inquiries have been made about the order under reference and what has been your response, i think for a moment you will feel ashamed of yourself. I dont think i am here to make you multiple calls and waste my time.
5 i dont need your product, please cancel my order, and dont give me that silly cliched excuse that order can not be cancelled. If you can't cancel the order, please keep the product and i dont want a refund also. You can keep the money and be happy.
6. Only suggestion is stop telling lies and making fool of buyers, learn to respect customers. And yes, please stop using that made in india tagline on your website, because a true indian doesn't cheat anyone.
7. I dont need the product, there are thousands of better supplies than you in this great country, i will pick it up from a true indian manufacturer.
8. Please pardon me if i have been harsh with my words but that is the kind of situation you guys have created, so much so that mere mention of insaraf puts me off.
