I had placed a bed side table #INSF[protected] around 3 months ago which I received a month ago, surprisingly the product delivered was the wrong product, different model and shade. An email was written to Saraf
requesting replacement was placed on the date when the wrong product was received.
Since then i had made numerous calls to your service desk other than writing emails dozens of emails.
Surprisingly Saraf has not even had the courtesy to respond to any of my emails and when contacting their service centre the standard response is that we have forwarded the matter to superiors and no further information can be provided
Over the months I have been made to believe that Saraf is an unprofessionally managed organisaton duping customers Was this information helpful? |
