I've ordered a bed which got delivered on dec 31, 2017, which broke within an hour of installation. After raising a complaint and call them for over a week they have sent a carpenter for fixing it. Carpenter himself told that the fix is a temporary one and the bed broke again in coupe of hours.
After calling the insaraf customer care guys they have even worsened the situation by giving fake promises that replacement will be delivered soon. Sometimes they are very rude and cut the call. It has been 130 days now. I didn't even get a proper response from them. I've sent a legal notice but still no response. I'll be filling a complaint against them now. Was this information helpful? |
