We had purchased a dining table in november and in january 12 one of the chairs broke into half.
Inspite of calling customer care who said it will be replaced in 8 working days no one has even bothered to give any any timeframe
It is disappointing and i have no other option left but to seek help from consumer forum
I will wait for a couple of days bwfore i proceed to guve u to look intobthe matter
Hipe i will get a positive reply
