I got a broken piece of bed and 2 side tables which have wrong dimensions.
I have been trying to get the products changed, but, no one is responding to the calls. Chandan, salesperson in Ghitrorni is not replying to mails, Jitender/Parveen in warehouse are not picking up calls. Parveen is not confirming when my bed and side tables will be changed.
Ashish from customer care has no clue where his manager is, or when the products will be replaced.
Insaraf is a pathetic company, which seems fake and untrustworthy. After getting the payment, they stop responding to customers calls. Their post sales service is pathetic and they don't seem to care if their customer is sleeping on floor for 2 weeks after getting wrong product.
I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum this week against all the above names and insaraf owner. This is not how one treats their customer.
I want these issues resolved right away or else refund. I am never buying from this crappy desi company again and I am going to tell all my social contacts never to trust this fake company. Was this information helpful? |
