1. The coffee table was delivered very late, they took around 2 months for a coffee table which was advertised to be delivered within 20 days.
2. Inspite of taking so long, the table was delivered without prior checking. One of the legs of the table is not cut at proper angle making the entire table unusable.
3. The complainant via email and call was registered as soon as i got delivery and i have been following up with them for a month now. No technician has visited as of now. Every time i get a reply saying it will be resolved within 48 hours. No action its been so many emails can calls witch such false assurances. I just want them to take their piece of art back and refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
