The furniture purchased vide order ID INSF[protected] was delivered on 16/12/2021. Today the assembly team was finally reported after intervention of Mr. Sandip Pareek, Sr. Sales Manager and his prompt action towards sending the technician. However during unpacking and assembly it was found that the Furniture item “Solid Wood Kuber Dresser Almirah” was damaged and broken for upper part of the furniture. A photograph of the damaged item is attached.

Beside above another issue was also found during assembly of item “Solid Wood Essential Bed with Storage” with center vertical wood support as the technician found the length is more which was not allowing horizontal main support to seat on its groove. Your authorized assembly team then cut the wood resulting short of height and then remove the attachment clip from it’s original fitting. Not it is hanging in center. Both the main horizontal and vertical wood along with it’s joining clip needs replacement as the parts were not prepared properly in factory, resulting inability to fit the bed.

After an absolute delay in product delivery and thereafter in assembly, now it was found that a defective and damaged products were delivered by Saraf resulting facing of serious difficulties in my wedding days.
It was repeatedly conveyed to Saraf since order placement that the furniture purchased are for Wedding purpose and with the receipt of the damaged furniture, it has tarnished our image in front to my in-laws as if an inferior quality product was given by my parents in their daughter’s wedding. Truly speaking my experience with Saraf w.r.t customer service, after sales service and product quality was extremely poor and mentally we all was harassed a lot.
I have never faced such a poor customer service like it happened with you. As I conveyed in my previous communication also that I was having a plan to place subsequent orders for other furnitures also but seeing such poor after sales service and product quality of Saraf, it is decided not to go for it with you in future and will definitely not suggest anybody to buy from Saraf.
You are requested to kindly arrange for immediate replacement of the damaged furniture in whole and on priority basis latest by 30.12.2021 or arrange for immediate refund of Rs.52898/- in my Google pay @ [protected] and take back the damaged item.
