I bought a rocking chair on dec 11 to be delivered on dec 18th. The picture made the chair look like pretty cozy and compact in nature while the actual chair is impractical to use and doesnt justify the purpose. While we raised a complaint to them, they never bothered to get back to us for replacement. Infact they give us a very crappy remark on their phone service.
