This is in reference to my Order number #INSF[protected] of a Solid Wood Jaipur Dining Set -6 Seater Set (Table + 6 Chairs) / Walnut, which was delivered on 13th March 2018. While unpacking the package, I had identified the below mentioned issues with the products:
1. One chair is Broken (Leg detached)
2. One Chair is Cracked (Leg)
3. Table one edge is cracked and broken
4. Allen Bolt, Washer and Allen key not provided, so unable to install the table.
5. 4 chairs (including the broken chair) is not polished well
Within 24 hrs of the product delivered, I had written to [protected]@insaraf.com mentioning the details of the product issues as mentioned above (also attaching photographs for reference), I received a reply Stating – “Your request (#60845) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Our team should revert back in 48 working hours.”
Later, on 15th March 2018, when I followed up on email, I received a mail stating to re-share the photographs of smaller size format preferably less than 1 mb, so I did the needful immediately.
Again, after following up on 16th March, 2018 -I received a mail stating- “We have scheduled a senior technician visit to address the query. Our senior technician will be contacting your shortly to coordinate about the visit”.
I also followed up with them to share the technician’s contact details and expected time of visit, after which on 19th March, 2018- I received a mail stating- “This is to inform that the replacement of the concerned product/part has been processed already. The same will now be put in production and we shall ship it as soon as the product / part is ready to be shipped. We shall update you asap.”
No technician had visited during this time, and when I called in the Customer care number -[protected] I was communicated that a technician will be visiting, and then they communicated that the company has decided that your damaged products will be replaced and there is no requirement for a technician visit.
Today is 28th March, 2018 and I am yet to receive the replacement products- the damaged products being the Dining table and 2 Chairs.
This is the worst experience ever.
