Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — Damaged dining Set Delivered

Placed order for dinning set on April2021, order no. Is 1NSF[protected], they delivered it on mid June, but out 4 chairs 3 chairs were broken, informed them immediately with photo proof through mail, they told me to wait for five weeks for replacement, it is 7th month still they have not resolved my compliant (complaint no. #173550).
