I Had Purchased One Five Seater (3+2) Sofa Set Through Companies Online Portal On 7 Nov 21 . The Product Which I Ordered Was Of Walnut Finish And Beige Upholstery The Product Was Delivered To Me On 23 Nov 21. I Got It Assembled On 24 Nov. On Assembling Following Defects Were Observed.:-
1. Broken arm of one of single seater.
2. Cracks at numerous places in entire sofa set.
3. Misaligned parts of the sofa
4. Ordered beige upholstery instead received orange upholstery.
5. The cushion seats does not have support due to which it sinks even with slight pressure on sofa seat.
6. Termite infected product.
I complained to the company via mail and also telephonically through their customer care. I was assured by them that my prob will be rectified within few days. Even after almost 2 mths the prob remains unresolved. Inspite of my numerous correspondence there were no solution provided by the company.
On 12 Jan 22 finally I received a mail stating the color is beige only however when contacted to customer care and asked them to pl provide an sample of the beige upholstery the were not in condition to provide and reason for their unsolicited and vague reply as the color is evidently orange and same can be confirmed from the products which the show at their website.
To add to this I was informed that due to unavoidable reasons they can cannot provide repair team. And asked me to get it repaired on my own.
This is totally uncalled and unprofessional behaviour from a company which is pan india. Their response is totally unethical and undesirable and I feeled cheated if my hard earned money.
