I purchased a dining table 21-March received it on 30-March. Lodged complain for broken furniture on 30-March itself. After that carpenter visited my place to check the broken furniture condition and approved the replacement by 8-Apr. Since than I have been following up to get the replacement. I am given all false excuses that specific furniture is out of stock, under manufacturing and then suddenly wood is wet. These excuses are all bul****. My husband and I are calling every day and Mr. Dev Agarwal takes the call and gives all the nonsense reasons. Last week he committed date of 25-May for shipping. I called up yesterday for follow up, again he said it will be shipped by today (30-May) I still do not have shipping no.
Please note I will be waiting till this week to get my replacement. If not received I will be filling complaint against you in a local consumer court.
You need to be professional if you want to survive in today’s market. Fooling around will not help u last long. Was this information helpful? |
