I received my order #insf[protected] on 13 january 2018 but there is manufacturing defect in sofa set which i purchased which needs to be repaired, i have called the company support team several times even mailed them lodging my complaint with images showing the defects in the sofa set, but no positive response i have received till date from the support team. My request no. Is #58642. Kindly help asap
