Placed an order on 18th Aug, product was supposed to be delivered by 30th Aug,
Initiated a request for cancellation they refused to cancel and refund stating that it has to be done within 24 hours only..
After a lot of escalations Defective product was delivered in Oct 2020.
Since 5th of Oct chasing and escalating for a replacement or REFUND none of them are being processed
Totally FRAUD comapany, no responses, this shud be banned in total Was this information helpful? |
