We ordered a solid wood voted platform bed in july 2017 for around 28k
Just after using the bed for 10 days, the bed started sagging from center and creating creaking sounds. When we removed the mattress and checked, we figured out that the 4 boards which are creating surface of the board have lost their balance completely, the middle wood plank that supports the board is broken.
I called customer care atleast 20 times, but got never got satisfactory response, either they put my call on hold, or disconnect, or promise a call back which i have never got in all these months.
No matter how much you request customer care people, they are not ready to take any action or help the customer, neither can they give you a solution, neither can they send email with assurance, neither can they escalate your call. I wonder why the company even has got a customer care center. They just keep on fooling around.
Tried sending emails, but no response from customer care. Even live chats, these people leave unanswered.
It is highly frustrating for the customer who has put his faith and hard earned money on such a fraud company. They should get back from customers and insaraf should never be able to cheat any more people.
