On 16th October, I ordered for a king size bed, based on the nice reviews and company reputation of Saraf Furniture. On the website it was advertised in bold everywhere "3 week delivery pan-India", looking at that I placed the order (Order #INSF[protected]. Today being 18th December and i have still been getting "assurance" that I will receive the delivery "soon". The bed which was supposed to come prior to diwali, was told to me will be delivered by 13th November on 11th November. Then on 13th i was told it'll come by 18th Nov. On 18th i was told it'll come on 24th Nov. Well, today 12th Dec and I have been informed it'll be "dispatched" on 17th Dec This is how a reputed company functions country wide deliveries. And the excuses given are - festival time, quality checks, polishing issue, etc. I think these all are mandatory concerns which are by default promised to be taken care of when they publicize "3 weeks delivery" on their website. Pathetic service and very poor customer care. Also despite multiple reminders and genuine requests for urgent delivery as mother is injured and cannot sleep on mattress on ground due to health issues, still no support. Rather much further delays on their side. Want to cancel the order and get the refund ASAP. No more interested in their Product. They are neither canceling nor delivering the product
