I have purchased dining table from this company through online order placed on 10 february 2018 vide order no. Order #insf[protected] and made online payment through credit card. The order received by me at my address in raipur chhattisgarh on 20 february 2018. While assembling, it was found that table was damaged grossly on one corner which was immediately informed through email to saraf furniture and necessary photographs of the damaged portion were also sent on their request. I did rigorous follow up with company and they responded back saying they don't have their technician available in raipur. Upon their request, i had provided them with contact number of technician and asked them to coordinate directly with the carpenter/technician. The company has not taken any action even though i made continuous follow up on email and telephonically. Finally, i managed to send them a legal notice from advocate and provided them 7 days time to response which they did not respond.
Later on i found the chairs provided are also of inferior quality and started decay.
