We have ordered below mentioned products on 15-JUL-2020 and paid in advance Rs.39598.20. The screen shot from your website is given below which is showing the payment status as paid
Expected date of delivery is 06-Aug-2020.
From 6th aug, I am following up with insaraf team over chat, email and phone. Everytime they tell me just 2- 3 days for dispatch. Even today I called up and in chat they havnt provided me the status. They always say the server is busy. They always say they will call back. But they never call back. As a customer i am feeling cheated and lost hope.

Updated by Bhavani G Order ID : INSF[protected]. Now after seeing the so many complaints about their quality, I dont want the products. I cant follow up with them. I want my money with interest. Pls refund
