Filed a complaint against Insaraf 3 weeks ago as the bed we ordered came in the wrong finish and was damaged in parts (rotten wood) I sent pictures to the company and managed to speak to a guy called Vikas who was helpful for all of 5 minutes. I have been trying to call to have the bed exchanged/refunded... Or if they cannot even do that then to at least assemble the wrong bed the delivered 3 weeks ago as I have been left with a box of rusty bolts and screws and no information on to assemble the thing. If anyone else has any issues with this company and are willing to get together to start a law suit against them then please contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com
