Post my friend recommendation, I had booked King size cot - Solid wood Imperia Bed in May. Delivery was delayed too much for 3 months and finally after escalation received it around August 15th. Since it was heavy, was unable to assemble it quickly. Insaraf company didn’t send anyone for assemble.
After I removed the package, observed it had one broken piece. Called customer care and registered complaint #206112.
Somehow I was able to assemble it with some small assistance. I used it for a day and in night we heard a broken sound. After checking, found that the Center beam of it towards head has broken. What a damaged junk Insaraf has sent. I am asking them to take return and give back my money of 35k/- . They are just mentioning that they would send some technician to look in to it in next 5-6 days. But that day never comes. My money is also lost and the material also. Please assist here.
