I had placed an order worth Rs 92239 vide order no. 1NSF[protected] by paying an advance booking amount of Rs. 20000 INR to Saraf furniture on 12 November 2020. I have asked them to deliver my product for last 30 days by writing e-mails, calling on their customer support numbers and on their official whatsapp number. Every time they throw a typed answer that 'your order is in finishing' but neither they ask for rest of the payments nor they are supplying me my ordered items since last two months.
They are not even refunding my advance money of Rs 20000 paid to them. This company is so shameless that they are bluntly holding customer's money in their account without bothering to respond to its customers.
I have never seen such a cheap and low level business house.
I am planning to lodge a complaint with consumer forum for forcibly keeping customer's money in the name of advance and not delivering them the product.
You should be ashamed of such ugly business attitude.
Shame on you.
