Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — No response on replacement or service request since more than 2 month-Solid wood Charlie bed-King size

I ordered (#INSF[protected] an Insaraf bed from their website on 14 Dec 2024 and It got delivered on 04 Jan 2025. After installation, within 4 days a crack has been developed in the bed frame.

I have sent an email to Insaraf on 12 Jan 2025 for repair and replacement (email attached). Initially they sent one email on repair part that replacement piece will be manufacturing and dispatching but after that there is no response from them on the repair or replacement.

Since then, despite of multiple followup emails, no response from them.

I am so disappointed and frustrated, and they left no option other than this compliant.
