My invoice number for order is INSF[protected], Insaraf had delivered the items on 20th September, however, both the items were found broken. When I called up Insaraf, they requested me to take a replacement instead of refund of money. Now it's been more than two months, they have not delivered the replacement items. They have noted down all my numbers, hence they don't pick up my call. However, if you call them from different number for giving order, they will pick the call.
It seems Insaraf is not interested in delivery nor refund of money and the worst thing is that they don't care. Probably, they have to many customers to care for an individual customer.
