I waited for 26 days for my order no. 1NSF[protected]
First while purchasing I saw it was written 11 days for dispatch, then after purchase the date moved to 26th Nov. But they did not update me on status and neither their website was updated with the status.
They updated it only on 27th or 28th Nov after I complained on Facebook.
Then even today (29th Nov) I am seeing that it is showing 30th Nov as the new dispatch date.
When I chatted with their representative on chatbot on their website, he informed me that it will be dispatched by 5th December.
I CANNOT TOLERATE THIS, I CANNOT WAIT FOR ANY LONG NOW.
I requested them TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY TODAY ITSELF.
But they replied on mail refusing to refund my money. But they did not mention anything about the delivery of the bed that I have ordered and paid online. Was this information helpful? |
