This is regarding insaraf Order #1NSF[protected] which was placed on 4th Dec 2020. I was supposed to recieve the product on 26th December. Each time I call the customer service, I am being given a different date for delivery.
On 15th Jan, again they said it will be shipped on 20th Jan. I am fed up and have requested for a refund. They again said they will address the issues today. I don't trust them anymore. I need a refund and damages for the torture. Was this information helpful? |
