The order was placed on 5th Jan'21 and today on 15th Mar;21 even after speaking to the executive they do not have any resolution to this. The order id is INSF[protected]. Its been 3 months that we are chasing this order and no one is helping at all. The customer reps put calls on hold and never come back. this is really pathetic, a company who is claiming to be 40 years old is taking 3 months or more time to manufacture one small piece of furniture. I think we made a mistake in placing our order from Insaraf.
Don't know what quality they will even deliver, if in case they will ever deliver. Every time a new date is given to customer for delivery and when that date pass, there is again a new date...
What is the point of taking money/ orders when you can't provide the product to consumer. I am now more skeptical with their quality and post delivery issues.
These guys donot take customer's seriously, all they care is about their advertising and getting orders that's it...
Not sure how they are claiming to be a 40 year old brand considering this kind of goodwill and reputation among its customers. There seems to be 233 complaints prior to mine and only 9 were resolved in the past.
