I ordered a bad on 31st with the order # INSF[protected]. I was told while placing the bed that I will receive it in 2 weeks and till date, we have not received the bed. No one from the customer support ever calls to update. the customer service has a standard answer they give whenever we call, everytime pushing the date to the next week. Every week its the same thing. now they have told it will be August 20th. Its the same story. I have recorded the ID of all the customer support people. They have the same script. Upper management is not letting the escalations happen. We are stuck with the customer support team that has no power. The upper management never followed up. My written emails also have not gotten any reply on a concrete date I will receive the furniture or my money. My parents have been waiting for the furniture since a long time. At this time, I just want my money to be returned. I am tired of waiting. Please take some action. This is ridiculous.
