There is no update on the delivery for the past 2 months the standard reply has been product would be shipped in 4 days.
I got my shipping address changed and also the product changed ( reason the product I ordered was to be sent to my parents place and wanted to gift them before Diwali but since they could not deliver it on time there is no one at that place until March end) so I believed them as he told me to order another product of same value to my Bangalore address.
Original Order - Chest of Drawer
Shipping Address - Kangra Himachal Pradesh
Updated order of same value - Teffe Easy Chair with extra cushion cover
Updated shipping address - Bangalore
Now when I check with the customer care team - neither the product is updated nor the shipping address.
They have stopped picking my number now and if I call from another number they say that our senior team will get in touch with you and will resolve your problem but that never happens. I have sent them 25+ emails but they send a standard reply.
In the chat they keep on changing the dates, from 30 Oct/4-Nov/6Nov/10-Nov/15-Nov/19-Nov/25-Nov/10-Dec/15-Dec/20-Dec/25-Dec/31-Dec
Last update that was told to me was 31 Dec the product would be dispatched but they are simply liars.
I checked their Facebook portal and see a long list of customers facing similar issues.
Desirable Resoluton
Refund as a first option
Deliver the updated product "Teffe Easy Chair" to my Bangalore address
