I had purchased a Poster bed from Saraf, It was received in Oct-2016 with some defects. They have sent supports of bed plank to Queen bed instead of King Size bed I purchased. I had lodged a complaint with No. 41329 immediately and sent them at least 30 reminders. No action has been taken and no reply from them. Had called them on their call center many times. Every time one new person answers and tells a new story. Now they stopped answering my calls too. Was this information helpful? | |||||
