Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — Product (Bed) supplied is not same as product shown in pictures online and is damaged

Product shown online has 4 latches on the sides of bed top ply board for opening the bed storage.
The product supplied has 2 holes at the bottom side (leg side) of the bed ply.
Side latches were my criteria of choosing the product as my mattress is heavy and I cannot use the bed with bottom side lifting method.

Also, 2 plyboards are damaged
