Saraf Furniture / Insaraf.com — Product not delivered and bad customer service

I had placed an order, #insf[protected] on 29th December. And it was supposed to be delivered by 28th January. But product not yet been dispatched. Every time when I contact them, they respond that they need ten more days to dispatch the product. They have been doing this for a couple of weeks. I have requested refund a while back and they assure refund in call but I am yet to receive any refund or response after that
