Ordered a center table on 21st sept, on website they mentioned that it will be shipped after 21 days. i have been following up with their team since a month now. every time their support team gives a new date with a templated reply that says
"Under the information your order is in the finishing stage it will be ship in our next vehicle schedule by evening, By evening our dispatch team will share the tracking details with you on your Mobile number and Email"
The date keeps changing, my product is in finishing stage since over a month now. they don't tell the right reason for delays, no updates from their end and a new date always. it sets the wrong expectations. i dont even know when i will actually receive the product. Was this information helpful? |
