I have been trying to contact and following Saraf's team from 2months, and the estimated delivery dates have just been postponing from 10th November - 20th November - 30th Nov - 10th Dec - 30th December - 20th Jan
Everytime you chat on Saraf's in-chat, they will just postpone these dates(~10-15 days from that day), and you get no reply on emails.
Talked specifically with zendesk chat user Vihan a couple of times. They just assure that this is final date, and makes excuses for the delay. If you try to talk further, will ask you to send an email or talk on customer phone. Where, they will again either not respond or procastinate and assure delivery after few days.
This is going on forever.
