I have ordered a table from inSaraf.com (Order no. INSF[protected] which was delivered on 23rd June 2021, upon delivery there was defect in table top (gap between two wood planks). I reported this on delivery receipt (attached) and to customer care through email and I was reassured a carpenter would visit and will make it look as original.
Carpenter visited on 30th June 2021, on checking the table he said that as the gap between two planks is more this would be fixed with nail and filler material in between planks which may not give original look. We had called support team on carpenter visit informing the same however support team member was very rude in their communication informing if we want we can get the fix else nothing can be done.
I have paid the price for an original product hence I cannot accept a product with defect which cannot be restored as original. And I am sure no customer would like to buy a defected product at same price as original.
Apart from the product quality as a customer we also look forward for good service so far the experience had been disappointing with inSaraf.com.
