I had ordered 6 seater dining set, out of which I received 2 broken chairs. I had sent the complain over the email and they have confirmed to replace the broken chairs. After one month if follow up, they have still not shipped the replacement chair.
Order #1NSF[protected]. Everytime I call them, the customer service executive keeps saying that they will dispatch in next one week but they are not taking nay action on it. Was this information helpful? |
